Lesson Planner/Calendar

As an Add-on to A tempo Deluxe, the Lesson Planner/Calendar contributes several vital features.

1. As Calendar, this module allows you to create each day’s schedule and project it over the year. The Calendar shows the beginning and ending times of each lesson as well as the Teacher and Student or Class. The Student or Class can easily be edited and changed to a different time or day. You can view the calendar by a Daily View or Weekly View (All Teachers or One Teacher). Reports can be generated to show completed hours and minutes for a student or class.

2. As Lesson Planner, the module allows you to create templates of any type--outline, full lesson, partial lesson or assignment. You can create an unlimited number of templates. The templates can be pasted onto any lesson time for a student or a class. They can be edited to fit the specific date while preserving the original template.

3. As Assignment, the module allows you to print or email the assignment to an individual student or to all the members of a Class. You can also view all the assignments or lesson plans for a specific student or class.

Note: The Lesson Planner/Calendar module works only with the Deluxe edition of A tempo. The Institute edition already includes these features.
